Hemant Sharma is the founder and CEO of VigyanLLM, a sovereign biomedical AI platform for molecular biology research labs. With expertise spanning bioinformatics, machine learning, and software engineering, he leads the development of VigyanLLM's 24-step primer validation pipeline, multi-agent AI architecture, and clinical reasoning systems.
Under his leadership, VigyanLLM has achieved DPIIT Startup India recognition and serves researchers at IISc Bangalore, AIIMS New Delhi, CSIR-IMTECH Chandigarh, and numerous universities across India.

Our Technology

VigyanLLM is built on a proprietary multi-agent AI architecture with three coordinated agents:

  • Core Agent: Handles primary bioinformatics workflows including primer design, BLAST analysis, and thermodynamic calculations
  • SubBrain Agent: Performs deep analysis on specific sub-tasks like secondary structure prediction, SNP impact assessment, and multiplex compatibility scoring
  • ChinhAI (Verification Agent): Reviews all outputs for scientific accuracy, parameter compliance, and consistency before delivering results to the user

All processing runs through a multi-stage pipeline combining Primer3 thermodynamics, SantaLucia nearest-neighbour Tm calculations, and AutoDock Vina/GNINA docking — all running on secure cloud infrastructure with no external API calls to general-purpose LLMs.
