By accessing or using VigyanLLM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
VigyanLLM provides an online platform for computational primer and probe design, PCR and qPCR assay validation, multiplex compatibility checking, and related bioinformatics workflows. The service accepts nucleotide sequences and accession queries, runs in silico analysis pipelines against reference databases, and returns design recommendations and validation reports. Features, throughput limits, and available databases may change as the platform evolves.
VigyanLLM is a research tool only. All outputs — including primer sequences, probe sequences, melting temperatures, amplicon predictions, and specificity reports — are in silico predictions. They have not been validated for clinical diagnostic use, therapeutic decision-making, or regulatory submission. Users must independently verify all recommendations through appropriate wet-lab validation before ordering synthesis, conducting experiments, or publishing results. VigyanLLM makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of its outputs for any particular application.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach at contact@vigyanllm.in. Accounts found to be compromised may be suspended pending investigation. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
You agree to use VigyanLLM only for lawful research, education, and permitted laboratory planning. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: using the service to design or engineer pathogenic or toxin-producing biological agents; circumventing biosecurity screening controls; reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping the platform; attempting to access another user's account or data; submitting malicious payloads or attempting to disrupt service availability; and using the service for any activity that violates applicable export control or biosafety regulations. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Paid features — including top-up credits and subscription plans — are processed through Razorpay. All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. VigyanLLM does not store payment card details; payment credential handling is managed entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
The VigyanLLM platform, including its software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of VigyanLLM or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal research purposes. You retain all rights to your input sequences and generated reports. This agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the platform itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VigyanLLM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost research data, experimental failure, or reliance on in silico predictions. The total liability of VigyanLLM for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to VigyanLLM in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, extended inactivity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
